Refunds
Full refund any time before Sunrise begins work on your submission. After work begins, all sales are final, though we may refund at our discretion.
Revisions
Free revisions covering minor adjustments and corrections to your submitted project. Substantial redesigns or scope changes that require redoing the planset from scratch are quoted as new work at our discretion.
Pass-through fees (permit, utility)
Contractors typically pay the AHJ or utility directly. When Sunrise pays these on a contractor's behalf, a small recovery fee applies (greater of $10 or 5% of the amount paid) and the fees are billed to the contractor. Once paid out to the AHJ or utility, pass-through fees are non-refundable regardless of project status.
Cancellation by Sunrise
We may refuse and refund a project that is outside our scope, that we cannot complete to spec, or where the contractor has not responded to required follow-up within 14 days.
Chargebacks
Disputes will be resolved by reference to this policy and the documented project status.
