How do I start a project?
Pick a service, fill out the structured intake form, and submit. It takes under a minute to get started — the form collects everything we need up front, so there's no back-and-forth.

No — you can submit a project without an account. It then appears on a dashboard you can sign into to track status and download deliverables.

What services do you offer?
Proposals, plan sets, permitting, and interconnection. Order any stage on its own, or move through plans → permits → interconnection → PTO with the same partner.

24 to 48 hours from when we begin work. Each new revision round resets the turnaround clock.
What's included in a plan set?
Permit-ready plan sets with load calculations, a bill of materials, and revisions. PE stamping is available as an option, starting at $250 and varying by jurisdiction.
Can I order just one stage, like permitting only?
Yes. One service per intake — start with whichever stage you need.
Do you offer PE (wet) stamps?
Yes, as an optional add-on starting at $250, varying by jurisdiction.
Pricing & fees
How much does each service cost?
Pricing is listed per service on our Services page. Proposals start at $100; plan sets, permitting, and interconnection start at $250.
See pricing →What are "pass-through fees"?
Permit and utility fees charged by the AHJ or utility. Contractors typically pay these directly. If Sunrise pays them on your behalf, a small recovery fee applies — the greater of $10 or 5% of the amount — and the fees are billed to you. Once paid out, pass-through fees are non-refundable.
Revisions & changes
Are revisions free?
Minor adjustments and corrections to your submitted project are free. Substantial redesigns or scope changes that require redoing the plan set from scratch are quoted as new work. Each revision round resets the turnaround clock.
How do I request a revision?
Right from your project in the portal — open the project and use the revise option to flag what needs to change.
Tracking & support
How do I track my project?
Every project appears on your dashboard the moment you submit. A status badge shows whose court the ball is in — yours, ours, or the AHJ / utility — so you never have to chase updates.
How will I know when my deliverable is ready?
You'll get a notification in your portal and an email when deliverables are ready to download.
How do I get help?

What's your refund policy?
Full refund any time before we begin work; after that, sales are final, though we may refund at our discretion. The full policy covers revisions, pass-through fees, and cancellations.
